So, I was doing my bible devotion today which I usually start off with Biblegateway.com.  You all know I love the message version.  Man this verse hit me like a ton of bricks.  I felt like God was speaking directly to me.  I love it when He does things like this.  I hope this encourages you.

So, what do you think? With God on our side like this, how can we lose? If God didn’t hesitate to put everything on the line for us, embracing our condition and exposing himself to the worst by sending his own Son, is there anything else he wouldn’t gladly and freely do for us? And who would dare tangle with God by messing with one of God’s chosen? Who would dare even to point a finger? The One who died for us—who was raised to life for us!—is in the presence of God at this very moment sticking up for us. Do you think anyone is going to be able to drive a wedge between us and Christ’s love for us? There is no way! Not trouble, not hard times, not hatred, not hunger, not homelessness, not bullying threats, not backstabbing, not even the worst sins listed in Scripture:They kill us in cold blood because they hate you. We’re sitting ducks; they pick us off one by one.None of this fazes us because Jesus loves us. I’m absolutely convinced that nothing—nothing living or dead, angelic or demonic, today or tomorrow, high or low, thinkable or unthinkable—absolutely nothing can get between us and God’s love because of the way that Jesus our Master has embraced us. Romans 8:38-39 MSG
Nothing can come between you and God unless you allow it.  Put on your armor.  Fill yourself with the word.  Satan looks for our weaknesses and then he attacks.  Don’t let him know your weaknesses.  Keep that between you and God until you are able to conquer them.  I had a rough day today.  Just mainly tired and low energy.  No pain.  However, it would be really easy for me to get discouraged and to let Satan convince me that I am not going to be healed.  When you are equipped in His word you can fight off his silly antics.  Sometimes, I visualize myself as wonder woman.  She had these cool cuffs that when people would throw things at her she could bounce them off her wrists right back at them.  I want to be able to send all these attacks right back at Satan.  I am wearing him down.  Eventually, he is just going to have to move on to someone else because I am not giving up.  I have already won according to scripture.  I hope you are encouraged today.   Monday’s can be hard I know.  Smile at someone new.  Send a card to someone hurting.  Donate money to a worthy cause.  Give to others and arm yourself.  I am telling you that this works.  I am living example.

Don’t put Taira on a pedestal.  I am just being obedient.  Don’t you know you can have the same joy and the same love being poured on your.  Reach for it.  Our church talks about living drenched.  Let the Holy Spirit drench you from head to toe.  Seek Him daily.  Not just when you need something.  Thank him constantly for His blessings.  The more I thank Him the more He seems to pour out.  I am expecting big things this week as finances are the lowest they have been.  Rob was a bit discouraged and I had to remind him.  God has not allowed us to be late on a rent payment one time.  He has blessed us with this free wedding.  He has blessed us with a nice tax return (we are patiently waiting on).  God’s timing is perfect.  Stop worrying and start trusting more.  He handles the bills so I know this is harder for him.  However a gentle reminder put a smile on his face as He knows what miracles God has done for us.

More doors are opening that I am not at liberty to share with you yet.  God is working big things and many people are going to be blessed in His honor.  Glory to God.  He deserves all the credit.  When you look at me please look deeper and see that its Jesus in me.  It’s not me.  I myself am nothing.  I am only deserving because of His divine love and intervention in my life.  It’s for you too.  If you are not familiar with this feel free to email me.  I’d be more than happy to introduce you to my Lord.  Tairab@me.com
